I am qualified in Person Centred Counselling, this Therapy was founded by Carl Rogers in the 40's-50's, in simple terms, it's a humanistic approach focusing on the clients self actualisation and capacity for growth. It emphasises a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental environment, allowing individuals to lead sessions and discover their own solutions, rather than being analysed or directed.
This kind of Therapy was Developed as a non-authoritative alternative to traditional psychoanalysis and is often referred to as Rogerian therapy. While Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is more common on the NHS in the UK, person-centered therapy is increasingly recognised and provided as an alternative.

Session can be held in person, via video call, or phone call, whichever is comfortable to you.
